The Problem
A growing fashion brand in Surabaya sold through three channels simultaneously: Shopee, Tokopedia, and their own WooCommerce store. At peak season they processed 200–300 orders a day. Two employees worked full shifts doing one thing: copying order details from marketplace dashboards into their inventory spreadsheet and accounting system. Despite their effort, stock numbers were always slightly off.
How It Was Done
Overselling happened almost every week — a product sold out on the website, but was still showing as available on Shopee. Rush cancellations, angry customers, bad reviews. The owner spent every Monday morning reconciling discrepancies manually. The two data-entry employees were burned out and not doing anything that required human judgment.
What We Changed
We connected all three sales channels to a single inventory and order management system. Every new order — regardless of platform — appears in one place within seconds. Stock levels update automatically across all channels the moment a sale is confirmed. The accounting system receives a structured record without anyone touching a keyboard. The two employees who handled data entry now support customer service instead.
"We basically had two full-time employees whose only job was copying numbers. Now that work is just done automatically, and those people are actually helping customers."
